Dealing with Obstacles

In 2020, I suffered a major foot injury during a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament in Houston, Texas. That injury completely changed my life because I couldn’t walk for almost three months after surgery. After the surgery, I had difficulty adjusting my schedule while facing my physical limitation to move and do simple things. During that time, I started reading more about stoicism as a philosophy and a way of living.
