As we saw in Chapter 4, WebMatrix helpers are self-contained packages of code and markup designed to enable and encourage reuse and rapid development. So far, we have worked with two of the three types of WebMatrix helpers. We have used built-in, native helpers, such as WebMail and WebSecurity, and created our own custom helpers.
