It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 5: Setting Up a Digital Twin Prototype
In Chapter 4, Getting Started with Our First Digital Twin, we evaluated the planning phase and framework of the Digital Twin journey. We covered the business outcomes expected from a Digital Twin and the process to get to the desired state. We discussed the technical requirements around creating and managing a Digital Twin in an enterprise.
This chapter will cover the steps needed to build a prototype of a Digital Twin. We will begin by evaluating the public cloud and Internet of Things (IoT) platform considerations, along with the capabilities needed to build a Digital Twin.
