I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The microservice ecosystem
As discussed in the initial chapters, we need to get ready for big changes when embracing microservices. The discussions we've presented on deployment, security, and testing so far would have had you thinking by now about accepting this fact. Unlike monoliths, the adoption of microservices requires you to prepare beforehand so that you start building the infrastructure along with it and not after it. In a way, microservices thrive in a complete ecosystem where everything is worked out, from deployment to testing, security, and monitoring.
