Project Change Control Process

The purpose of the change control process is to identify, record, analyze, track, approve, and implement project change requests. The following templates are used during this phase of the project. Table 12-3a lists the templates used during this process. Figure 12-3 shows the process flow diagram, Table 12-3b shows the process step description, and Table 12-3c contains the RRAA matrix. An example of the metrics tracking template can be found in Appendix B.
