It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Everything to this point in the volume sets the stage for issues explored in Part Four: making leadership happen. The next fourteen chapters provide advice on how leaders can get started on the right foot, keep their efforts on track, and avoid predictable pitfalls. Leadership is intentional social action. It involves establishing strong relationships with others to forge a shared purpose and direction. The collaborative nature of leadership makes great things possible. It also adds to the complexity.
