Keeping Up to Date
The previous chapters in this section have described one complete pass through the risk management process. We started with deciding the scope and boundaries of risk management on our project (Chapter 4), so that we could adopt an appropriate and effective approach that would address the specific risk challenge we face. As part of the scope, we made an intentional decision to include opportunities in the risk process, alongside threats. Then we identified individual threats and opportunities that might affect our ability to achieve our project objectives (Chapter 5), and prioritised them to find the worst threats and the best opportunities (Chapter 6).
