At time of publication, wireless was no longer in the CCIE Routing and Switching written exam blueprint. However, it was formerly in the blueprint, so the earlier edition of this book (second edition) had two chapters on wireless. This appendix and Appendix G each contain a copy of one of the two wireless chapters from the previous, second edition of this book.

—This appendix is largely unchanged from the chapter in the previous edition of this book. The answers to the “Do I Know This Already?” quiz questions have been placed at the end of the chapter. Note that the references in this appendix apply to the previous edition of this book and not to the new edition.
