Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) is a Cisco protocol that runs on Cisco routers and on some Cisco switches. In this chapter, I’ll cover the many features and functions of EIGRP, with an added focus on the unique way that it discovers, selects, and advertises routes.
