Account Administration

This chapter provides information on how to manage users, accounts, account groups, and usage; view user activity; implement authentication with single sign-on (SSO); and assign permissions with role-based access control (RBAC).

Adding a New User

Adding a new user to the ThousandEyes platform requires Administrative or Organizational rights and is accomplished as follows:

Step 1. Navigate to the Account Settings > Users and Roles > Users tab.

Step 2. Click the New Users button (see Figure 11-1) to open the New Users dialog box shown in Figure 11-2.
