Chapter 5 Introduction
In this chapter, we discuss some of the most relevant human behavior theoretical concepts relating to relationship based procurement choices. Figure 23 illustrates this chapter's structure.
This chapter is presented in four sections. This section introduces the study in general and is followed by a section that outlines the study approach, the worldview perspective of the researchers, the data gathering approach, and the validation approach.
