Abstract

Every department of an organization has a different definition of what success means, but a product only succeeds when it meets all of these. Working effectively as cross-functional teams means understanding and responding to everyone’s motivations and incentives. To persuade people that our solution is right, we must first convince them that it isn’t contrary to their definition of right. As well as receiving others’ key performance indicators (KPIs), we must promote our own.
