In Chapter 1.12 Another Event-Response, you have built the event-response model for event 1 Agency wants to run a campaign. We suggested in this case that the essential model would be easier to discover if you first built a physical version of the event-response. This chapter presents the physical event-response model followed by a discussion of how we turned it into the essential version.
