Here it is, the core of the desktop computer: the CPU. This is part two of our coverage of Objective 3.5. During this chapter I often refer to the AV-Editor computer, which has a motherboard with an X99 chipset and a Core i7-5820K CPU. Refer back to Chapter 11, Figure 11.1 and the supporting text, for more information about the motherboard. Lots to do!–let’s not waste any time.
