I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

During the months of November and December, we conducted data-collection interviews with the members of the management group of the organization.
As we sifted through the interview data, a metaphor arose. We hope that the metaphor that came to us is also a useful tool to you as we try to come to a common understanding of the present reality that is ABC Incorporated.
Our observation is that, in several ways, ABC Incorporated functions like a feudal system. As we know, feudalism was a system of social organization that once dominated what is now known as Europe.
