FEEDBACK

Using the consulting process, you have now assessed the information and formed an independent view about the business processes, the organizational culture, departmental interactions, the strengths and hopes of the people, opportunities for increasing the capacity of the organization, employee competencies, or team performance. Before you share the results of the information gathering and assessment with your client, you must answer a few other questions:

  • Is there a match between your knowledge base and the needs and opportunities in the client system?
  • Is there a match between the organizational culture and the approach you bring?
  • What alternatives can you offer to the client as next steps?
