The Corporate Business Plan

Most corporate business plans are tailored to the needs of the organization particularly reflecting its goals, products or services offered, and industry. While the plans are indeed organizationally specific, just about all contain most of the aspects indicated in Figure 9.1. In general, corporate business plans start with an executive summary followed by specific details of the plan, such as the product or service analysis, corporate fit, market analysis, marketing plan, profitability, and plan for future actions, each of which will be discussed in turn.
