Dedication
I dedicate this book to my father, Bill Boyd, who was a hero to me. I would also like to dedicate this book to my wife and closest friend, Patty, and our children. Finally, this book is dedicated to my dear friend, Dave Pannell, who convinced me to follow my true path in 2007, and to become a “professional explainer.”
