Chapter 6. Creating a Business Blog
As described in Chapter 3, “Writing and Creating a Conversation,” in the beginning all blogs were personal. Anything else just wasn’t “blogging.” In January 2005, all that changed in a short few days. January 24-25, 2005 was the first Blog Business Summit. It was a watershed moment when people started talking about not only the business of blogging (like being a professional blogger, which I was already at the time) but businesses using blogs to reach, connect, and communicate with their customers.
