It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This chapter is the first of three chapters that discuss CSS3, and it focuses on CSS3 features that enable the creation of vivid graphics effects. The first part of this chapter contains a short section that discusses the structure of a minimal HTML document, followed by a brief discussion regarding browser support for CSS3 and online tools.
