Results: State of Big Data Use
Our investigation centers on the current state of Big Data use in retail supply chains, including its drivers, barriers, and performance outcomes. Firms will be at different states of Big Data use, irrespective of their upstream or downstream positions in the retail supply chain. Our sample reflects such diversity among firms. In the survey, respondents are working at small, medium, and large firms in all industries at each state of Big Data use. We term the Big Data use states initiation, adoption, and routinizationv.
