I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

- Adiabatic
- A process where the air temperature is decreased and humidity is increased by the evaporation of water
- Aisle
- A corridor between rows of racks
- Artificial intelligence
- Is software or machines that can complete tasks and solve problems by thinking like a human being
- Big Tech
- Big Tech are often referred to as major foreign cloud service providers that dominate market share through economies of scale and vertical integration, namely Alphabet (Google), Amazon, Alibaba, and Microsoft. It further refers to digital product and service companies which have a significant market share in their respective category, for example, Tencent or Facebook.
- Bitcoin
- A digital currency that acts as a form of payment for electronic transactions without passing through traditional financial intermediaries like banks or clearing houses.
- Blockchain
- A mathematical structure for storing digital transactions or data in an immutable, distributed, decentralised digital ledger consisting of blocks that are linked via cryptographic signature that is almost impossible to fake, hack, or disrupt.
- Buffer vessel
- Tank included in the chilled water system, which acts as a thermal store
- Busbar
- The solid metal bar that carries current (alternative to cable)
- Cabinet
- The metal rack where IT hardware is housed
- Changeover device
- Electrical switching device which allows an alternate electrical source to supply a connected load when the primary source fails
