Appendix F. DDL
This appendix contains all the Data Definition Language (DDL) statements for the SAMPLE database and other database objects required to run the examples in this book. The first script is the DDL for the SAMPLE database, which can be created using the methods described in this appendix. The second script has the additional DDL required for the examples and you will have to create those objects manually.
Creating the SAMPLE Database on LUW
The SAMPLE database provided with DB2 on LUW can be created by using one of two methods:
Create the database from the First Steps dialog, which launches automatically after installation.
Create the database from the command line.
The default schema used for tables in the database will be the user ID ...
