I’ve spent much of my life building communities—some intentionally, others simply by following curiosity and connection. I’ve built communities in the tech industry, in my local mountain town, through side projects and shared values, in a pop-up city full of art and intention, and in conference hallways with people who just get it. If there’s a common thread in all of that, it’s this: community doesn’t happen by accident. It takes care, persistence, creativity, and collaboration. And more often than not, it starts by finding your people—and building something together.
