Reflections on the TPP Case Study
Interpreting policy as a project, and the issues around the management of that project, is the basis for our theorization of project management. We have set out the parameters of policy work (Chapter 2), reconceptualized project management to accommodate the characteristics of policy work (Chapter 3), and applied this formulation of project management to a policy case study: the Tobacco Plain Packaging (TPP) legislation (Chapter 4).
