Chapter 10. Forms-Based Workflow
This chapter shows how to build workflow processing into InfoPath forms using e-mail and Microsoft SharePoint. (If you don’t have SharePoint, you can substitute a shared folder to store your forms.) Implementing workflow logic in an InfoPath form is a simpler alternative to deploying a server-based solution such as Microsoft BizTalk. This chapter is an introduction to forms-based workflow using just InfoPath; Chapter 11 will address InfoPath support for BizTalk on the server.
