Chapter 11. Advanced Workflow with BizTalk

Chapter 10 showed how to create simple forms-based workflow where the form included the status of the workflow. This chapter shows how to create more powerful server-based work-flow solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 and Human Workflow Services (HWS).

BizTalk Server 2004 includes support for human-oriented workflow via a component called Human Workflow Services, which InfoPath now supports in Service Pack 1.
