6. Fixed Layout ePubs

The most common type of ePub is the one we wrote about in the previous chapter, “Reflowable” ePubs. This is the type of ePub that was established when the format was first defined back in 2007. And it is the format read today on most eReaders. This type of ePub is reflowable because the reader can change the font or type size, and completely alter the layout of the book.
