The structure, approach and focus of production processes will very much influence the success of the animation vision in the game. Even when you have made the effort to define a vision that communicates the intent of the project, if you are not mindful of the production needs of the project, the vision will almost certainly suffer. But like anything, balance is the key, as too much production structure or process will weigh down a team and the creative vision.
