Criticality Levels
The following table is an example of criticality levels. The point is to determine when you absolutely must get an operation, process, or infrastructure back up and running, and then assign it a criticality level. If you’re running a global finance operation, for example, you would probably need to assign payments processing a level of 0 or 1. HR systems, on the other hand, might rate a 4 or 5.
