What’s Wrong With Corporate Culture?

We are in a corporate culture crisis. It may not seem that way given the concept’s popularity, but if you look beyond the high-gloss conferences, Ted talks, YouTube videos, bestsellers, and VPs of Culture, you can spot a disturbing trend:
