IaaS vs. CaaS
Now that we have a better understanding of where container orchestrators fit in, there’s still a choice to be made if you’re considering deploying containers to the cloud. You can either manage things at the infrastructure level and set up the orchestrator yourself, or you can use a container platform that handles the underlying infrastructure and provides a preinstalled orchestrator ready for you to deploy and scale your containers.
