I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
CHAPTER 9: INFORMATION AND INTELLIGENCE SHARING
The final core chapter of DORA is less about protecting the organisation than it is about protecting the wider industry. No organisation exists in a vacuum, and while some organisations may be rivals, there is much to be said in favour of sharing threat information and cyber intelligence – even with rivals.
Of course, given the interaction between many organisations in the financial sector, protecting your compatriots is also another way of protecting yourself. After all, if a partner organisation is compromised, the attackers may be able to glean information that can be used to target your organisation. By drawing from a pool of information, all parties are better able to secure themselves.
