DSLR Cinema Gear by Budget
This chapter provides a list of recommended gear in three budget categories, including the pros and cons of different video DSLR cameras and accessories, such as audio adapters, microphones, tripods, digital audio recorders, and cinema packages. Most of this is my recommended list based on actual use in the field by myself and/or working professionals I’ve encountered while writing this book.1 It is not an exhaustive list of everything available—far from it.
