Beyond a Costly Strategic Business Model

Strategic business models used in generating strategic business plans in industry today are very detailed, lengthy, and elaborate.1 The problem is that in most cases, no one reads these strategic business plans. Much credence is placed in every employee knowing the vision or mission statement.
