I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 17. Using Windows Live Essentials
For Windows 7, Microsoft has removed the built-in photo editing and organizing, video editing, email, and messaging features found in previous Windows versions and replaced them with the optional Windows Live Essentials family.
Although Windows 7 users are not required to use Windows Live Essentials, the programs it includes provide useful features, work well individually and with each other, integrate well with Windows, and are free to use. This chapter concentrates on the Windows Live Essential components that most users will find helpful: Windows Live Photo Gallery, Windows Live Mail, and Windows Live Family Safety.
