The proliferation of research projects that enter the field of digital humanities goes hand in hand with a proliferation of digital tools, their uses and the availability of data. To organize the chaos of digital traces generated by these practices, the scientific community is working to standardize the formalization of information, notably through the establishment of common languages (TEI, RDF, etc.) and through the creation of accessible and interoperable reference databases (see section 5.1.2.5). In this context, it is fundamental that the work of researchers is able to enrich these databases as simply as possible, without adding additional processing chains that can lead to errors and worse, misuse of the researcher’s interpretation.
