Part Four is a practical guide that shows you how to actually implement some of the architectural concepts introduced in previous chapters. For example, it offers step-by-step instructions on setting up AWS Snowcone as an IoT gateway and its attendant backend services using AWS CloudFormation Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates that you can download from this book’s Github repository. This part is aimed at applying knowledge to real-world scenarios, demonstrating how to use AWS edge computing services effectively.
