Header
When compiling the example programs under Windows, we can use the same etcp.h
as we do for UNIX (see Figure A.1). All of the system-dependent information is in the skel.h
header file. The Windows version is shown in Figure B.1
Windows Compatibility Routines
Figure B.2 shows various routines that we used in our example code but that are not provided by Windows.
