Process-centric Values and Behaviors

Let's take an in depth look at the correlation I mentioned in the previous chapter: process and the values and behaviors of the T&Z program. To do so, we need to revisit the description of a process team member and map it to the values of the T&Z program.

The rows in Table 21-1 list the attributes of a process team member and the columns represent each of the enterprise values of the T&Z program. An “X” indicates where the value is required to fulfill the process team member attribute.
