It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I see many people, teams, and companies struggle to make AI work for their organizations. Although there are many good books written on AI, there are not nearly enough resources that focus on AI organizational structure: how you can make AI work at your company, what teams you need, what each team does, and the interactions between them. This information is scarce, mainly because it occurs only within organizations that develop AI products. Unfortunately, the information is not shared openly in detail. In this book, I share my personal experience with AI and provide you with both guidance and a blueprint of how to set up and run AI at your organization.
