A configuration in .NET 6 comprises the default settings as well as the runtime settings for your application; a configuration is a very powerful feature. We can update settings such as feature flags to enable or disable features, dependent service endpoints, database connection strings, logging levels, and much more, and control application behavior at runtime without recompilation.
