Chapter 13

Other Nonfunctionality Patterns

Abstract

This chapter discusses nonfunctional requirement (NFR) patterns and the NFR analysis concerns. Six NFR patterns have been proposed. These patterns can be used to introduce appropriate NFRs to extend the function models of a system, and obtain extended capabilities. The process of NFR analysis has been given. Some examples are provided to show the feasibility of these NFR patterns.
