Results and Data Analysis

Introduction

In this chapter, the results of the research derived from the interviews are presented. It is noted that there was a small number of interviews in which the interviewee was unable or unwilling to share directly about learning experiences in the organization and which consequently did not yield any usable learning episodes in the analysis. Twenty-three organizations were selected as case studies for the research, as discussed in Chapter 5. There are four levels of data processing and analysis:
