Demonstrate the capabilities of Power Virtual Agents

Power Virtual Agents is the most recent addition to the Power Platform toolkit; it allows developers to create chatbots that provide customer service functionality without having to write code. A chatbot is a pop-up window that appears on a user’s screens and provides a realistic dialogue experience with the consumer, furnishing genuine responses to customer service queries and even taking action at the customer’s request.
