So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
行を選択するには、値を指定して行を絞り込む「フィルター」と、行の位置
や重複・エラーで行を取捨・選択する「行の保持・削除」の2つがあります。
「フィルター」は例えば、「都道府県」列が「東京都」という文字を含むといっ
た特定の条件に合致する行を残す処理です。
それに対して、「行の保持・削除」は「上位トップ10の行を残す」、「重複して
いる行を排除する」、「空白のある行は削除する」といった個別のフィルターによ
らない絞り込みを行います。
フィル ター に よる 行 の 選 択
フィルターを使うとき、チェックボックスの初期値は基本的に上位1000行の
データを元に作られます。また、行を選択する条件式は自動的に作られるので、
目的に沿ったフィルターになっているか、必ず数式を確認しましょう。
◎データの確認
「行の選択」テーブルを確認します。「取引番号」は１から始まる連番で1500
行あります。
「都道府県」は ｢01:北海道｣ から始まり、1000行目は「34:広島県」です。
データは1500行目まで続き、最後の行の都道府県は「47:沖縄県」です。
