The Page Designer in APEX 5.0 is one of the main new features and a major improvement for APEX developers. It changes the way you build your application pages and also the way you think about application development. It is also close to what you probably know from Oracle Forms. The Page Designer provides these new features:
- Drag-and-drop functionality
- Tree view and context menus
- Seamless adjustment of the Component View and Property Editor panels
