I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

1. What are the similarities and differences between relational algebra and relational calculus?
Ans: Both relational algebra and relational calculus are formal languages associated with relational model that are used to specify the basic retrieval requests.
Relational algebra consists of a basic set of operations, which can be used for carrying out basic retrieval operations. Relational calculus, on the other hand, provides declarative notations based on mathematical logic for specifying relational queries.
