NECKTIES TO SKIRT
WHAT YOU NEED
A variety of ties (enough to go around your hips or waist; probably 12 or more)
Skirt or shorts for reference
Fabric shears
Measuring tape
Pins or clips
Zipper of choice (invisible or regular)
Sewing machine or hand-sewing supplies
Iron
Optional: Serger or overlock machine, hook and eye
