What to do if the project is impossible
If your plan shows that the baggage identified in Chapter 1 is achievable then you’re ready to proceed to the execution phase of your project (Chapter 8) and you can skip this chapter.
If that is not the case, i.e. the plan says that the baggage is not achievable, then basically you’ve been handed an impossible project. You need to consider your next move very carefully. If you agree to do the project, not only will you not have a fast project, but there’s every likelihood that you’ll have a failed one. This chapter is about avoiding that eventuality.
